Sian Hogg
Receptionist
Siân is part of the admin team here at Connor Harte Estate Agents. I’m new to the property industry and really enjoying learning the ins and outs of the business, with the goal of developing my skills and progressing within the company. I take pride in supporting the team and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, I’m actively involved in several organisations that have helped shape who I am. I’ve been a leader in GirlGuides, where I developed strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as a passion for helping others grow. I’m also a very active member of the local Young Farmers Club and have held various roles that have taught me responsibility, organisation, and public speaking. Taking part in a wide range of competitions through YFCU has helped boost my confidence and shown me the value of stepping out of my comfort zone.
I also help out on my family’s farm, which has given me a solid work ethic and a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving. In my spare time, I enjoy playing a few musical instruments—something that’s taught me patience, focus, and the importance of practice and persistence.
